Kolan South State School Corps of Drums
The Kolan South State School Corps of Drums was established in 1988 and is one of only two school marching bands in Bundaberg. The band uses bass, tenor and snare drums, along with cymbals and tambourines and generally consists of students ranging from Year 4 to Year 6. Last year, we invited Year 2 and Year 3 students to join as we are a small school and needed more members to build up our band. We are looking to buy smaller and lighter snare and tenor drums for these students. $1000 would be wonderful to put towards purchasing these drums for our younger students.
