This dedicated group of boys have been selected to represent RedCity & play at the QLD Basketball State Championships in Cairns in late September this year. Prior to COVID-19 the boys were training hard & performing great as a team sitting equal first in Basketball QLD Southern Cup Junior Representative Competition. We would love some assistance to help with the purchase of uniforms, flights and accommodation to get these boys to Cairns for the State Championships. The boys had planned fund raising events through sausage sizzles, car washes and other fundraisers around the basketball club however unfortunately this year due to COVID-19 the club has been closed and their fundraising opportunities limited. The State Championships have been rescheduled from July to late September so they boys need to reschedule flights, incurring further costs. Any assistance would be fantastic.
